Sam earned his undergraduate degree in Government & Public Policy from the University of Baltimore, equipping him with a deep understanding of the legal and governmental systems. He is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a Paralegal Studies Certificate from the Community College of Baltimore County.

In his role at Ottlaw, Sam specializes in conducting legal research, preparing case documents, and assisting with administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the firm. Outside of his professional pursuits, Sam is passionate about soccer and closely follows the U.S. Men’s National Team, combining his love for the sport with a deep appreciation for teamwork and strategy.
